Football Program:

Mini Saints Footy

After the success of our inaugural 6 week Fall program in 2023, AFL Quebec is actively working to develop new and exciting junior programming annually.

Junior programming in Quebec is comprised of Mini Saints Footy and Junior Saints Footy, with various programs geared towards children ages 3 to 15 years (split by age group) with weekly one hour sessions wherein participants will learn and develop the fundamental skills of Australian football and even participate in some non-contact games. 

We are also actively working with various organizations to bring junior introductory sessions of Australian football to schools and events throughout Montreal.

As the program continues to grow in Montreal, it is our hope that for future programs we will be able to expand to various locations across the city. Should there be enough interest in a particular area, we are keen to look into running a program there as soon as possible!

Footy is back in Verdun!

Our first Mini Saints Footy session of the year will be held every Tuesday from June 30 to July 21st (6pm to 7pm) at the Douglas Hospital Rugby Field

The first session of the program is free to try, with the total cost of the program being $20 (or $5 per session). Participants can join at any time in throughout the program!

For children 3 years or under: There will be a designated play area for our youngest participants to play in, where they can freely play with footballs & toys, as they learn to feel comfortable in social/sporting activities. Participation is free for children 3 and under.
